General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the services provided by VistaViews.ro, including access to our official website, and establish the relationship between VistaViews.ro and its clients. By accessing and using our services, the client expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
1.1 Client – Any natural or legal person who accesses or purchases services from VistaViews.ro.
1.2 Services – Any services provided by VistaViews.ro, including but not limited to aerial drone footage, photography, video/photo editing, and customized media materials.
1.3 VistaViews.ro – The company providing the aforementioned services, including its website and associated platforms.
2. Purpose of the Contract
2.1 VistaViews.ro undertakes to provide the services specified in a contract signed or confirmed by the client, in accordance with their requirements.
2.2 The client is obliged to pay for the services provided, as per the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1 The prices of services are displayed on the VistaViews.ro website and may vary depending on the type of service selected.
3.2 Payments for ordered services will be made as follows:
50% advance upon signing the contract, before service provision begins.
50% remaining payment upon delivery of the final photo/video materials.
3.3 If the client fails to make payment within the agreed term, VistaViews.ro reserves the right to suspend the delivery of the materials.
4. Cancellation and Project Modification Policy
4.1 The client may cancel or modify the project before the service begins, but the advance payment will not be refunded.
4.2 If the service has already started, cancellation will incur additional costs, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
4.3 Project modifications are subject to technical and financial evaluation by VistaViews.ro, and any changes may incur additional costs.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
5.1 VistaViews.ro collects and processes clients' personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.
5.2 Clients have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of their data, as per applicable laws (GDPR).
5.3 VistaViews.ro will not disclose clients' personal data to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
6. Delivery Deadlines
6.1 Delivery deadlines for photo/video materials will be agreed upon with the client, depending on project complexity and equipment availability.
6.2 Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other external circumstances will be communicated to the client and will not incur penalties for VistaViews.ro.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 VistaViews.ro will not be held liable for failure to meet obligations due to a force majeure event, as defined by applicable laws.
7.2 Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, pandemics, and other unforeseeable external events.
8. Responsibilities and Liability Limitations
8.1 VistaViews.ro will not be liable for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of its services or delays in delivering materials due to reasons beyond its control.
8.2 The company will not be responsible for damage to filming equipment (drones, cameras, etc.) resulting from flight accidents or other situations beyond its direct control.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 All photo and video materials produced by VistaViews.ro remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment for the services is made.
9.2 Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the materials for agreed purposes, respecting VistaViews.ro's copyright.
9.3 The client may not modify, distribute, or use the photo/video materials for commercial purposes without prior consent from VistaViews.ro.
10. Price Modifications
10.1 Prices displayed on the VistaViews.ro website are valid only at the time of purchase.
10.2 VistaViews.ro reserves the right to change prices for future orders but will not apply such changes retroactively to processed orders.
11. Feedback and Reviews
11.1 VistaViews.ro may request feedback and reviews from clients after completing a project. These reviews may be used for promotional purposes on the company’s website or social media platforms.
11.2 Clients are encouraged to provide honest and detailed feedback to help VistaViews.ro improve its services.
12. Client Rights
12.1 Clients have the right to request modifications, deletions, or access to delivered photo/video materials, as per the terms and conditions.
12.2 Clients may request clarifications regarding the services provided, and VistaViews.ro will respond promptly.
13. Communication
All notifications and communications between the client and VistaViews.ro will be conducted via email, phone, or available platform channels.
18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
18.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Romania.
18.2 Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
